		<description>Nice post Richard and thanks for mentioning Escape Hatch. I agree – 2009’s harsh economic climate was a good time for recruiting creative talent. As the economy has improved, the market has become a little more candidate-driven and there is more competition amongst employers for the very best people. However, there will always be a steady stream of smart graduates, London relocators and reluctant London commuters who are keen to be based in Central Brighton. Most also have realistic salary expectations and are willing to trade off some basic salary for a better live-work balance.</description>
