Back to Work (on 5 by 5) is a really awesome podcast from Merlin Mann and Dan Benjamin. It covers a lot of ground but pretty much every episode has a few really great gems in there. It’s a good place to touch upon subjects like the Dreyfus Model of Skill Acquisition, Pomodoro/Working in dashes, ideas for how to approach the job hunt (and how NOT to apply), expectational debt, and lots of random musings from Merlin.
If you want inspiration to get toward new ideas, then this is not where to find it. If you want someone to tell you to stop reading all those books about motivation and inspiration and to just get on with your creative work, then this IS it.
