And what exactly do you propose all of us business analysts are going to do once designers and UI guys are capable of understanding, improving and translating a client's half baked vision on their own?

Nevertheless, I enjoyed the article and it's generous quota of underpants pics.

You are the answer I was looking in the google but few there is good until I saw this! I know there is this special option in Illustration CS5 which is the current one. But hey I'm using the old version and I find this work of yours very helpful! Thank you very much for this template! I will use it in my future artwork and send you some copy if I will have a time, for the meantime I'm going to use this in my company which they need a template for our company notebook. Thanks again! Cheers!

Nice post Richard and thanks for mentioning Escape Hatch. I agree – 2009’s harsh economic climate was a good time for recruiting creative talent. As the economy has improved, the market has become a little more candidate-driven and there is more competition amongst employers for the very best people. However, there will always be a steady stream of smart graduates, London relocators and reluctant London commuters who are keen to be based in Central Brighton. Most also have realistic salary expectations and are willing to trade off some basic salary for a better live-work balance.
